Tenori Labs is an applied AI company headquartered in Bengaluru. We build products that turn the most repetitive, high-volume parts of business operations into automated, intelligent systems. Systems that do not sleep, do not forget, and do not need a script to have a good conversation.
Our first product is ARCA, a voice AI platform that handles inbound and outbound calls autonomously across 22 Indian languages and 20 international languages. ARCA qualifies leads, collects payments, follows up on open cases, and routes complex issues to the right human, all at the speed and quality a customer actually expects.
ARCA is the first product. It will not be the last. The infrastructure we are building beneath it is designed to power a suite of AI products across verticals, from education to real estate to healthcare. That is the company we are building. ARCA is where it starts.
Most businesses in India are still managing customer conversations the way they did twenty years ago.

The technology to fix this has existed for a while. What has been missing is a product built for how Indian businesses actually operate: across languages, across accents, across every channel a customer might reach you on.
Tenori Labs is that product company. We started with voice because that is where the problem is most painful and most visible. And we built it to work in Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, and thirty-eight other languages, because building only for English speakers means building for a fraction of the market.

Tenori Labs was founded by people who have spent decades working at the intersection of enterprise communication and business growth. Our founding team comes from a full-service advertising and communications company with over 360 enterprise clients across Indian Oil, BSNL, LIC, Toyota, Shell, and Panasonic.
That background matters. It means we understand what a CTO needs to see before signing a contract. It means we know how to earn trust in rooms where the budget is real and the patience for a failed pilot is zero. And it means we do not build for demos. We build for deployment.
